The Prosecutor Vetting Commission will continue holding hearings for prosecutors from the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office during October. On October 17, starting at 1:00 PM, two prosecutors – Irina Catan and Grigore Clevadî – will be heard. The hearings are public and will take place at the National Institute of Justice (1 Serghei Lazo Street), in Training Room No. 005.
To ensure transparency, the hearings will be video recorded and posted on the Commission’s website within three days: https://vettingmd.org/en/commission-activity/hearings/.
The subjects of the evaluation have the right to review the materials in their evaluation files prior to the hearing. They may also submit additional information they consider relevant and provide explanations at the hearing to clarify any doubts communicated by the Commission. They are entitled to legal assistance from a lawyer or trainee lawyer during the evaluation procedure.
