The Prosecutor Vetting Commission announces the hearings scheduled for May as part of the external evaluation of prosecutors’ ethical and financial integrity conducted under Law No. 252/2023.
On 22 May 2026, starting at 10:00, Liliana Partole, a prosecutor with the Chisinau Municipal Prosecutor’s Office, will be heard. She is undergoing evaluation in her capacity as a former delegated prosecutor to the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office. Part of the hearing will be held in closed session to protect the privacy of the evaluation subject and third parties.
On 29 May 2026, starting at 11:30, Armen Oganesean, a prosecutor with the Chisinau Municipal Prosecutor’s Office, will be heard. He was included on the list of evaluation subjects in his capacity as a former delegated prosecutor to the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office. The hearing will be held in public session.
Both hearings will take place at the National Institute of Justice, Training Room 005 (1 Serghei Lazo Street, Chișinău).
The public parts of the hearings will be recorded, and the video recordings will be published on the official website of the Prosecutor Vetting Commission within three days following the hearings.
Subjects of evaluation have the right to review the case materials prior to the hearing and may submit additional written information or explanations. They may also be assisted by a lawyer or a trainee lawyer.
