The Prosecutor Vetting Commission has published, on 18 August 2026, the evaluation report concerning Armen Oganesean, a prosecutor at the Chisinau Municipality Prosecutor’s Office, who was evaluated in his former capacity as a delegated prosecutor at the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
The report recommends that the prosecutor pass the external evaluation under Law No. 252/2023. It sets out the relevant facts, the analysis conducted, and the reasons underpinning the conclusion reached by Evaluation Panel B of the Commission.

The report is published in accordance with Law No. 252/2023, within the statutory deadline, namely no later than three days after the expiry of the time limit for appealing the decision of the Superior Council of Prosecutors (SCP).
On 30 July 2026, the SCP accepted Evaluation Report No. 42 of 2 July 2026, prepared by Evaluation Panel B in respect of Prosecutor Armen Oganesean, and confirmed that he had passed the external evaluation.
