Candidate to the SCP’s Selection and Evaluation Board, Tatiana Gulea, Passed the Evaluation

The Prosecutor Vetting Commission completed the evaluation of the prosecutor Tatiana Gulea, a candidate for the Superior Council of Prosecutors’ (SCP) Selection and Evaluation Board. The Commission unanimously concluded that Tatiana Gulea is compliant with the ethical and financial integrity criteria provided by Law No. 26/2022 and thus passes the evaluation.

The decision was sent to the candidate and the SCP. The Commission will also publish the decision on its website if the candidate does not object to publication.
