Prosecutor Alexandru Lozan Passed the External Evaluation

Prosecutor Alexandru Lozan passed the evaluation of his candidacy for membership in the Superior Council of Prosecutors’ (SCP) Discipline and Ethics Board. The Prosecutor Vetting Commission unanimously concluded that the candidate is compliant with the ethical and financial integrity criteria set forth in Law No. 26/2022.

The decision was sent to the candidate and the SCP. Should the candidate do not object to publication, the decision will be published on the Commission’s website.

This is the 20^th decision the Commission adopted with regard to SCP Boards Candidates.
