Prosecutor Ina Fencovschi, seeking membership in the Superior Council of Prosecutors’ (SCP) Selection and Evaluation Board, failed the external evaluation. The Prosecutor Vetting Commission unanimously concluded the candidate’s non-compliance with ethical and financial integrity criteria provided by Law No. 26/2022.
The decision was sent to the candidate and SCP and will be published only with the candidate’s consent.
