The Prosecutor Vetting Commission announces the hearings of prosecutors from the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office to be held in November 2025. The hearings will take place on Friday, 7 November, according to the following schedule:
- 09:30 – Elena Cazacov
- 11:00 – Vitalie Codreanu
- 13:15 – Anatolie Ciuleacu (hearing rescheduled from 28 October due to technical reasons)
- 13:30 – Ghennadi Epure
- 15:30 – Victor Cazacu
The hearings will be held in public sessions at the National Institute of Justice (1 Serghei Lazo Street, Training Room No. 005). Members of the public are welcome to attend, subject to available seating. To ensure transparency, the hearings will be video recorded and posted on the Commission’s website: https://vettingmd.org/activitatea-comisiei/audieri/.
Evaluated prosecutors have the right to review their evaluation file before the hearing, to submit additional written information, and to provide explanations regarding any doubts communicated by the Commission. Throughout the evaluation procedure, they may be assisted by a lawyer or trainee lawyer.
