The Prosecutor Vetting Commission is continuing its series of hearings scheduled for April by expanding the previously established calendar. On April 28, starting at 4:00 PM, Nicolae Mătăsaru, a prosecutor with the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, will be heard. The hearing will be held partially in closed session to ensure the protection of privacy and morality.

The hearings will take place at the National Institute of Justice (1 Serghei Lazo Street, Chișinău), in Training Room 005. All sessions are recorded, and the recordings (public parts) will be published on the Commission’s website within no more than three days after the hearing. Evaluation subjects have the right to review case files prior to the hearing and may submit additional written information or explanations. They may also be assisted by a lawyer or trainee lawyer.
