The Prosecutor Vetting Commission today issued the evaluation report concerning Ion Pripa, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
After examining all relevant information, Evaluation Panel F concluded that the prosecutor does not meet the ethical and financial integrity criteria established by Law No. 252/2023 and recommended that he fail the external evaluation.
The report has been submitted to the subject of the evaluation and the Superior Council of Prosecutors (SCP). In accordance with the law, the report will be made public after the deadline for appealing the SCP’s decision expires or within three days of a final ruling by the Supreme Court of Justice.
