We continue our series in which we briefly answer questions about the external evaluation procedure for prosecutors.

Before the hearings, the Commission requests written responses and supporting documents from prosecutors regarding the evaluation period established by law. If the information provided is complete and clarifies the situation, certain aspects are not revisited during the hearing but are reflected in the evaluation report.

Do you have a question about the external evaluation procedure for prosecutors? Write it in the comments on our  Facebook and LinkedIn pages. Your question could be featured in a future edition of “The Commission Explains.”
