Panel A of the Prosecutor Vetting Commission held a public hearing on Wednesday with Anti-Corruption Prosecutor Alexandru Capmari as part of the external evaluation of prosecutors’ ethical and financial integrity under Law No. 252/2023.
During the hearing, panel members asked questions regarding the purchase of a vehicle in 2022, the donations received in connection with his 2023 wedding, the expenses related to organizing the event, and the cash savings declared in 2017.
The prosecutor was given the opportunity to respond to the questions and submit documents and other evidence in support of his explanations.

The Panel will approve the evaluation report within 30 business days.
