The Prosecutor Vetting Commission has published the evaluation report concerning Inna Vîhodeț, a prosecutor with the Cahul Prosecutor’s Office, who was evaluated in connection with her previous service as a prosecutor seconded to the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
The report recommends that the prosecutor pass the external evaluation under Law No. 252/2023 and sets out the relevant facts, the analysis conducted, and the reasoning supporting the conclusion reached by the Commission.

The report is published in accordance with Law No. 252/2023, within the statutory deadline – no later than three days from the expiry of the time limit for challenging the SCP decision.
