The Prosecutor Vetting Commission has completed the procedure for assessing the ethical and financial integrity of Alexandru Capmari, a prosecutor with the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office.
Following the evaluation, Panel A found that the prosecutor meets the ethical and financial integrity criteria set out in Article 11 of Law No. 252/2023 and recommended that he pass the external evaluation.
The evaluation report has been submitted to the evaluated person and to the Superior Council of Prosecutors (SCP), which is expected to review the report in accordance with the law. The report will be made public after the deadline for challenging the SCP’s decision has expired, or within three days of a final ruling by the Supreme Court of Justice.
