The Prosecutor Vetting Commission has published the evaluation report concerning Ina Frunza-Bargan, Deputy Chief of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
The report recommends that the prosecutor successfully pass the external evaluation under Law No. 252/2023. It sets out the relevant facts, the Commission’s analysis, and the reasoning that led Evaluation Panel B to reach its conclusion.

The report is published in accordance with Law No. 252/2023, within the statutory deadline of no later than three days after the expiry of the time limit for appealing the decision of the Superior Council of Prosecutors (SCP).
On 15 July 2026, the SCP accepted Evaluation Report No. 38 of 20 May 2026, prepared by Evaluation Panel B in respect of Prosecutor Ina Frunza-Bargan, and confirmed that she had successfully passed the external evaluation.
