On 1 October 2026, the Prosecutor Vetting Commission published the evaluation reports on two prosecutors:

The Commission’s Evaluation Panels A and B recommended that both prosecutors pass the external evaluation conducted under Law No. 252/2023.

The reports set out the relevant facts, the analysis carried out by the Evaluation Panels, and the reasons supporting their conclusions.

The reports were published in accordance with Law No. 252/2023 and within the statutory deadline, following the expiry of the time limit for challenging the decisions of the Superior Council of Prosecutors (SCP).

On 11 September 2026, the SCP accepted Evaluation Reports No. 45 of 11 August 2026 and No. 47 of 19 August 2026, prepared by Evaluation Panels A and B concerning prosecutors Alexandru Capmari and Ion Ursu, respectively. The SCP also confirmed that both prosecutors had passed the external evaluation.
