In July, Panel B of the Prosecutor Vetting Commission will continue conducting public hearings as part of the external evaluation of prosecutors.

The first two hearings are scheduled for July 3, 2026, as follows:

  • 13:30 – Grigore POTORAN, Acting Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Chișinău Municipal Prosecutor’s Office
  • 14:00 – Vadim PRISACARI, Prosecutor at the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office

The hearings will take place at the National Institute of Justice, Training Room 005 (1 Serghei Lazo Street, Chișinău). The hearings are open to the public, and interested individuals may attend as observers.

Prosecutor Alexandr COREȚCHII, who was previously seconded to the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, was also invited to attend a public hearing. He informed the Commission that he will not participate. Under the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, if a subject declines to attend a hearing, the evaluation panel or the Commission will complete its assessment based on the information it has gathered and without conducting the hearing.
