Prosecutor Ghenadie Pirlii Fails the External Evaluation

Prosecutor Ghenadie Pirlii failed the evaluation of his candidacy for membership in the Superior Council of Prosecutors’ (SCP) Selection and Evaluation Board. The Prosecutor Vetting Commission unanimously concluded that the candidate does not meet the ethical and financial integrity criteria provided by Law No. 26/2022.

The decision was sent to the candidate and the SCP and will be published only with the candidate’s consent.

This is the 29^th decision adopted by the Commission with regard to SCP’s Boards candidates.
